Working Student CI/CD Engineer (m/f/d)

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for our software applications using GitLab

• Assist in setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD runners to support our software applications

• Contribute to the migration of our existing Jenkins infrastructure to a new GitLab CI/CD infrastructure

• Support the standardization of CI/CD processes across all projects and teams

• Assist in developing and maintaining Python scripts and Docker containers

• Deploy applications on Kubernetes and ensure their continuous availability

• Help monitor CI/ pipelines, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and propose and implement solutions

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field

• Proficiency in Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Python

• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and practices

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience working with GitLab CI/CD runners and preference experience with migrating Jenkins infrastructure to GitLab CI/CD runners

• Familiarity with Jira, artifactory, OSA, SBOM, PDM, binary signing/encryption, Docker containers, Grafana, vault and Argo CD are appreciated

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
