Financial Accounting (m/w/d)

Your duties In this position, you take on the holistic responsibility for financial accounting and edit all the topics relating to creditor and debitor accounting. Their tasks include in particular: independent processing of ongoing accounting including Debitors, creditors

Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices

Maintenance and management of the master data of customers and suppliers

Monitoring of open items and carrying out dunning

Implementation of payment and booking of all relevant payment transactions

Voting accounts and clarification of differences

Preparation and participation in monthly and annual accounts

Examination and booking of travel cost accounts taking into account tax policies

Participation in the further development and digitization of accounting processes

Your profile completed commercial training with continuing training in accounting (e.g. financial account holder) or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in financial accounting – ideally focusing on creditors & debitors

Knowledge of accounting and accounting processes

Safe handling of MS Office (in Excel) and experience with ERP system (proAlpha) of advantage

Good knowledge of HGB accounting and accounting processes
