This includes, in particular, the coordination and support of the tenant bodies, which play an important role in the participation of our tenants.

Coordination: You support the tenant bodies and ensure that the requirements for cooperation between degewo and the tenant bodies are met. In doing so, you can secure the workability of the bodies and actively participate in the further development of the committee work. This includes the technical planning and the introduction of ideas for optimizing processes and formats. In addition, you take over the reporting and document results structured and comprehensible. Communication: As a reliable contact person, you coordinate and process the higher-level requests of the tenant bodies and ensure a transparent flow of information between the bodies and degewo. You manage cross-discipline themes of committee work and contribute to successful cooperation through clear communication and structured procedures. Choice organization: You organize and accompany the digital elections of the tenant bodies and ensure a structured, transparent and legally secure process. These include the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the electoral processes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Event coordination: You design and coordinate events and participative formats for the tenant bodies, perform them and provide tailor-made training. In doing so, you include relevant specialist departments.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in the field of civic participation, activation in urban development processes or quarter development. Career experience: In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge of urban and regional planning, real estate management or geography that you have acquired through at least two years of qualified professional experience or appropriate professional training. Expertise: You are safe in handling MS Office programs and bring the ability to prepare and document information structured. Personality: You like to work in the team and convince with your communication strength as well as your high reliability. Care and conscientiousness, good time management and customer-oriented appearance complete your profile. In addition, you bring a strong interest in processes and digital tools. Language competence: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings, presentations and written correspondence.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
