The IHK Dresden supervises, advises and informs the member companies, among others, in the areas of foundation, financing & promotion, company succession and questions of specialist thematics. We are looking for the Unit at the next time, indefinitely and full-time a Head of Contribution Accounting (m/w/d).

Head of the Unit in technical, human and organizational terms Annual contribution planning Monitoring of annual planning under organisational and economic aspects Creating monthly and annual accounts (for RPS) Monitoring and support in enforcement Cooperation in projects and working groups Interface with external service providers Promoting cross-border cooperation Support of management in organisational change processes Motivating and esteeming leadership of a 7-member team Development and implementation of digitalization processes in post accounting

Complete university degree in law or Master of Law, Master of Arts – Public administration (administrative economy, BWL, etc.), alternative vocational training and long-term professional experience with additional qualification Knowledge of administrative law and administrative procedures Funded knowledge in tax law, enforcement law and insolvency law Ability to formulate and represent points of view clearly in writing and oral Enforcement and safe occurrence paired with sense of responsibility Customer-oriented working style Ideally experience in the leadership of a team Routinized handling of common office applications, experience in database maintenance and high number affinity We offer
