Daycare center management (m/f/d)

From now on we are looking for a dedicated Kita-Guitung (m/w/d) that takes the lead of our parent initiative in Bochum with heart, competence and organizational skills. We are a family institution with two groups – a U3 group with 10 children and a Ü3 group with 20 children.

We work according to a partially open concept and place great emphasis on value-adding cooperation as well as a loving companion of the children. Our facility is characterized by short decision paths, flat hierarchies and a lot of design playroom. Modern spaces and diverse possibilities are available for implementing educational ideas.

You continuously develop the educational concept of the institution and ensure its sustainable implementation in the Kita everyday. You accompany the children in their individual development, actively shape the pedagogical everyday life and take educational tasks in the group. With your leadership skills, you support and support the educational team and encourage a trusting and value-adding cooperation with parents and guardians. You plan, coordinate and organize the entire Kita operation and ensure compliance with quality standards and all legal and regulatory requirements. You work closely and in partnership with the institution, authorities and other cooperation partners and represent the institution to the outside.

You have completed training as a state-recognized educator or comparable pedagogical qualification and already brings professional experience in early childhood education. You have the pleasure of leading people, and you could ideally gain first leadership experience. The work with children enthuses you, and together with your team you develop the pedagogical work as well as the kita continuously. You work in a structured, organised and self-responsive manner and bring creative ideas to actively shape the institution.
