E-Procurement Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you actively shape the technical implementation of modern e-procurement solutions and contribute to making our customers' procurement processes more efficient, faster and more error-free. Our goal is to implement customer-specific requirements of high quality, to ensure smooth EDI and system connections. This makes you an important contribution to customer satisfaction and to the further development of the e-business.

You accompany the technical implementation of e-procurement projects for our customers and ensure a structured, timely and high-quality realization.

You take over the coordination between the various in- and external stakeholders, such as our customers, sales, IT, service providers and system providers, and ensure smooth project progress.

You qualify technical requirements in detail, define interfaces and develop suitable solutions for individual customer requirements or deviations from the standard.

You proactively plan technical projects, keep milestones in sight and ensure a faultless go-live phase as well as the successful handover to customers, sales and consultants.

In addition to the implementation of new projects, you will take care of the expansion of existing connections, document technical implementations and continuously develop technical e-procurement and EDI solutions in the customer environment.

You support the analysis and elimination of recurring disturbances in already completed customer projects and are closely associated with relevant interface areas.

You have a degree in economic informatics or a comparable qualification.

You have well-founded practical professional experience in implementing e-procurement projects and electronic procurement processes.

You have a strong understanding of complex procurement processes and digital system landscapes.

You are convinced by a broad IT confession, a high service orientation and are confident about internal and external customers/stakeholders.

You bring routinated project management skills as well as a quick understanding for complex customer and project structures.

You are characterized by team spirit, initiative and a high affinity for digital innovations.

You bring very good MS Office knowledge as well as secure handling of SAP.

Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
