In the product development application software department, you will create central control and automation solutions for our port mobile, ship and offshore cranes. You develop powerful, modular software architectures and make a significant contribution to the functionality and sustainability of our products. Development of applications, IT process automation and functional modules for product development Design and design of product-wide usable application software for the central control of our maritime crane systems Creating software specifications in the form of module descriptions and deriving the corresponding test specifications Design, optimization, documentation and management of algorithms, models and function libraries Creation and management of the source code for SPS applications Integration of individual software modules into a complete solution Implementation and verification of software solutions both in the agile team and in independent subprojects
Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, control technology, mechatronics, automation technology, computer science or a comparable degree programme Knowledge of PLC programming according to EN 61131-3 Experience in handling MATLAB/Simulink of advantage Know-how with fieldbus systems (e.g. CAN, CANopen, J1939, EtherCAT) Expertise in systematic error analysis and testing German and good English skills Self-employed and systematic work Flexibility, communication skills and cooperative working style
