Various tasks You develop and update Business Continuity plans to strengthen the resilience of our company In addition, you conduct Business Impact analyses, identify critical business processes and set priorities for their restoration Organisation and management of Business Continuity exercises are also part of your responsibility to test and continuously improve the effectiveness of the plans In addition, you train and sensitise employees for business continuity practices and thus promote a high awareness in the company Risks that may affect business continuity are monitored by you and you develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies Finally, you regularly report on the status and progress of Business Continuity Management to top management Convincing profile A completed study, preferably in the field of economics, risk management, security management or a comparable discipline, forms the basis of your qualification Insufficient professional experience in Business Continuity Management, ideally in regulated companies, you already bring with you You have knowledge of BCM frameworks such as ISO 22301 or BSI standard 200-4 Applicable certifications in the field of Business Continuity Management are advantageous Good communication and team skills characterize you as well as a safe occurrence and a joy of contact Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a quick understanding round off your profile About the area You want to be part of an open-minded and agile team?
