Do you always keep track of numbers, deadlines and administrative processes? As a specialist:in operational personnel management you are an important part of our HR team. Your focus is on the billing of charges, which will enable you to work reliably and on time in close cooperation with our employees. With your structured way of working and your service idea, you can make sure that employees and executives feel well-maintained at any time.

You fully supervise incoming personnel operations and ensure correct and timely processing. You work closely with the relevant internal areas when billing charges and reliably support them. You are an employee for employees and executives in matters relating to billing and remuneration. You support wage accounting and annual accounts through careful work. You maintain working hours and periods of absence and are in exchange with health insurance companies, offices and authorities.

completed commercial training with reference to human resources; Continuing training in wage billing or accounting Multiannual practical experience in pay billing Experience with the accounting system DATEV desirable Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Self-employed, structured and careful working
