Location: Dortmund

Analysis of contract requirements related to documentation and document handling. Implementation of contract claims in Job Instructions and Workflows and cooperation with the specialist departments related to Documentation creation Tracking of documents/documents to customers Partners and suppliers and construction sites Compilation of documentation: construction and assembly documentation, final documentation Document Management System Operation (PIRS-DMS) Creation of content directories and electronic documentation Own management of status lists and reporting to the order line

Completed technical or commercial training Multiannual professional experience in similar function Professional experience in plant engineering or in a comparable technical environment desirable Date and cost awareness when processing orders Teamability, contact, initiative and interest in detailed work Good Microsoft Office and PIRS-DMS knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
