You are responsible for the accuracy and regularity of bills and recipes, as well as for compliance with all quality and legal requirements You take over the coordination and execution of the operational daily business in the team billing management You conduct employee talks, are responsible for the structured incorporation of new team members and ensure that all necessary trainings are carried out in the team Together with the team management billing management, you are responsible for establishing and developing team-internal processes and structures You are responsible for creating, up-to-date and reviewing SOPs together with the team management accounting management In cooperation with the team management, you implement measures from quality management and improvement You are responsible for preparing audits You guide projects on team- and process-relevant topics and promote their implementation You bring your IT affinity to actively shape digital solutions, tools and process optimization You are responsible for the topicality and correctness of the data in our core IT systems You take an interface function to other areas of the ABF and represent the team management accounting management fully in their absence

You have a degree as PTA or pharmacist You know the processes and processes in billing management You have already gained first experience in the management of staff and want to further develop in this area You bring a strong economic understanding and can apply it You have profound knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Office, especially Excel IT affinity and joy in developing digital processes Thanks to your strong process understanding, you can easily grasp new requirements and integrate them into existing workflows You are strong in communication, have high social competence and work structured
