During your two-year trainee program, you develop step by step into a competent consultant personality. Together with experienced private bankers, you will learn all facets of private banking – from asset structuring to securities consulting to generation management. The Head of Private Banking and the entire team as a Sparring Partner accompany you in the trainee program and support you in your professional and personal development. You analyze individual asset situations, develop tailor-made solution approaches and learn to accompany challenging conversation partners with confidence and at eye level. In addition, you can also support the team in preparatory and accompanying activities, such as in the preparation of customer talks or in representation situations, and gain insight into the entire everyday consultancy at an early stage. In doing so, you build a comprehensive understanding of the key topics of private banking, in particular in asset and foundation management, asset management and financing of wealthy private customers, with the clear aim of taking over their own customer portfolio at the end of the program. The enrolment of the enrolled entity is expected to take place in group 9a. Depending on the final assignment and the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from EUR 3,658,61 to EUR 4,979,97. The final grouping is based on the activity to be carried out and the collective bargaining arrangements. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
