International service technicians are trained here: inside, customers and service providers: from plant operation to maintenance and troubleshooting, our trainings cover a wide range of fields. At the Hamburg-Norderstedt site, we have an academy with a 1,600 m2 training hall to carry out these trainings. Support in the planning and organisation of seminars Support in creating curricula, completing training, creating external users, uploading and updating online content and importing learning history in our Learning Management Systems (LMS) Maintenance and updating of data in the LMS Deliver feedback for system improvements or changes based on user experience Cooperation with Process Owner, Key User and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination Support at reception, visitor registration, including preparation and preparation of seminar rooms

Immatrikulation in Economics, Education, Psychology or a comparable study direction Safe handling of MS Office Detail-oriented with high level of responsibility and strong organizational skills Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous Flexible and independent operation Teamable and communicative personality with hands-on mentality Flowing German and English skills
