Projektmanager (m/w/d)

You develop rental strategies and identify rental opportunities. You take visits to our real estate stock, both in the commercial and logistics sectors. You conduct solution-oriented negotiations and conclude lease agreements for new building projects and existing properties. You coordinate and motivate internal and external service providers, such as brokers, lawyers, etc. You prepare the transfer of the rental areas to the tenants in a responsible manner and are available as a continuous contact person for questions and changes. You work closely with the departments Marketing, Administration, Construction, Asset Management and our affiliated firm. You create rental concepts as well as market, location and potential analyses as part of purchases, financing or project developments. You calculate the economic framework and prepare decision templates for management. You regularly participate in real estate events, continuously expand your network and maintain it.

You have completed their studies with a real estate relationship or a successful property training with additional qualification, such as real estate business, real estate economics or certified asset management. You bring at least 5 years of experience in the rental of commercial properties on the owner side with detectable track record. You are a winning personality with great pleasure and experience in communication and in dealing with challenging business partners. You have a strong negotiating skill and the ability to achieve the optimal result for all parties while respecting the corporate objectives. You have well-founded knowledge of the asset classes office and logistics, preferably in the metropolitan region of Cologne. You have very good knowledge of commercial rental and tax law. You have an extensive technical real estate understanding. You have a resilient network of real estate agents and potential market participants. You have a class B licence.
