You are the organizational and administrative support of our project team “Omnikanalplattform”. You provide perfectly organised meetings – including pre- and post-processing, schedule dates, purchase and manage software licenses, keep our project management tools up-to-date and maintain any kind of overview. You create presentations, recommendations for action and protocols and forward relevant information to the right people. You act as a link between project management and team, keep everyone up to date and respond confidently to ad hoc requests. In addition, you will moderate Jour Fixe and result presentations as part of the project and keep an overview of the overall project status – both in the project and in the line context.

You are a merchant/buyer in healthcare or a merchant/buyer for office communication or have a comparable qualification with experience as a project assistant. You are safe in handling MS Office and digital tools. In addition, you have a very good, customer-oriented communication and knowledge in the field of moderation. A basic qualification in project management would be desirable.
