As a first-level support, You take over requests from the employees of all German companies with the aim of providing them with relevant information and to advise them competently in their concerns. With your strong service orientation, you are personally at your disposal for the defined service times and provide information in the Intranet and our internal People Chatbot. With the help of digital tools, create independently responsible contractual documents and work certificates, create hearings to our co-determination bodies and take care of the requests for Sunday and holiday work. Together with your colleagues from the People section, you will cover all core personnel processes via the Employee Life Cycle. In addition, you support exciting people projects and bring your ideas with you.

You have completed commercial training and have already gained first professional experience in human resources/HR. Confidentiality is self-evident and you process the concerns of our employees completely and solution-oriented. Their operation is structured, precise and reliable. You are a real team player and are characterized by a high service orientation. You move safely into MS Office applications, have ideally already worked with SAP and bring reliable German knowledge.
