Your duties

• Advice and individual care and promotion of children, young people and families in everyday life
• Support for families in their education
• Implementation of experiential educational offers
• Advice and support to ensure economic existence
• Accompanying and promoting educational and professional issues
• Consultancy and support in the understanding
• Implementation and updating of targets for pedagogical work with young people and families
• Creation of necessary case documentation and reports
• Networking and cooperation with relevant institutions and institutions (Jugendamt, schools, therapists, offices, etc.)

Your conditions

• A completed study of social education, pedagogy or medical education (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable qualification
• Experiences and fun in experience education, systemic and resource-oriented work, especially with male children and young people
• Security in appearance and communication
• Flexibilty in self and time management
• Joy, humor and creativity
• Team skills and readiness for reflection
• Computer skills
• Class B licence and willingness to use your own car
• Detection of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (proposal of an extended management certificate according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
• For applicants born after 1970, the proof of a complete masculine vaccination or a completed masculine disease (detection)
