Training Coordinator (m/w/d)

As a training coordinator (m/w/d), you ensure the high quality of our training and are responsible for the professional planning and implementation of the entire training period of our trainees. You work closely with the departments and educational institutions and ensure the implementation of the training plans in practice. As a training coordinator, you are the first contact point for the locations Ennepetal and Gelsenkirchen. You want to accompany young people on their first steps in their professional life? You support the decentralized instructors as the first professional point of contact and strengthen the quality of our training at all locations You develop training processes further, harmonize processes across locations and ensure uniform implementation of training plans You actively build cooperations with schools and educational institutions and support existing partnerships In cooperation with staff development, you are responsible for providing needs-oriented training and support measures for trainees, trainers and training officers The creation of labour law documents such as depreciations, certificates, certificates and other relevant HR documents will be carried out by: You organize missions, events, training trips, as well as cross-site community formats You perform project-related tasks in training marketing and work closely with the training employer branding at training fairs and recruiting activities You will follow relevant trends, use feedback and KPIs for quality measurement and make improvements

You have a completed professional training or a comparable qualification. You have the training certificate (AEVO), or you have the willingness to complete it, and bring first experience in the care of young talents or in training practice with You communicate clearly, emphatically and solution-oriented – and can safely accompany and motivate young people You work structured, independent, and bring joy to cross-site cooperation in Ennepetal and Gelsenkirchen You have good digital skills, especially in dealing with MS Office Project management, organizational talent and a service-oriented operation complete your profile
