The subject area ''Digital Health - Non-Communicable Diseases'' under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Katarina Braune develops digital technologies for the prevention and supply of chronic, non-communicable diseases, in particular diabetes. Our interdisciplinary approach combines medicine, computer science and social perspectives. In close cooperation with users:inside, clinical partners and international networks, we develop digital health solutions that are oriented towards the lives of people.

Assistant to Digital Health - Non-Communicable Diseases' (m/w/d)

The body shall be occupied in part-time/full-time and for the first time fixed for 2 years with the option of determination.

You take responsibility for all organisational matters in the field, in particular: Active support in the calendar management and in the appointment coordination for the department manager/Professor:in, including predictive planning, prioritization and early identification of deadline shortages Support for the organisation and preparation of meetings, project meetings and events at the Chair, including agenda management, protocol management and follow-up of To-dos Overview of parallel topics, open tasks and deadlines in the field Pre- and post-processing of travels of the department management, application and billing of the service trips of the department management in SAP Concur Accounting with the DocuWare Document Management Program Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees In addition to special tasks of the departmental management in academic administration, e.g. Audit Committee Contact person:in for employees and scholarship holders:in order to ensure a routined and professional process Participation in the financial and budget planning of the department management and cooperation with various central administration departments such as finance, third-party funds and personnel Support for special tasks such as organisation of an annual specialist department retreat Care of a professional network with the assistance of the other departments and with relevant internal and external contacts

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training or a degree course or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience in comparable positions with Structured, forward-looking and self-sponsored mode of operation and pronounced organisational skills You have pleasure in assistance activities and are versed in dealing with MS products (teams, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) and are open to modern collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Notion) Experience in digital application programs such as SAP Success Factors, SAP Concur and digital accounting systems desirable A self-sponsored, planned and solution-oriented way of working is of course for you Sovereign and friendly appearance Intercultural competence and very good communication skills in German and English are important in word and writing due to the international orientation of the subject areas.
