Quality includes two components for LAUFEN: On the one hand, the manufacturing know-how and on the other hand the high utility benefits that the finished bathroom conveys to the customer – often only at the second glance. LAUFEN therefore attaches importance to environmentally sound production. In direct customer contact, you will advise on the selection of the matching bathroom equipment for construction projects and start tailor-made offers on this basis. You act as a central contact person for incoming orders, collect them carefully in SAP and coordinate the delivery dates with all relevant interfaces. For the field service, you will create meaningful presentations with MS PowerPoint and organize the provision of sample items. You are proactively researching new construction projects, tracking them in our CRM system and thus supporting new customer acquisition. You participate in the optimization of internal processes with adjacent departments and represent the company at trade fairs.

You have completed a commercial training, for example as a merchant for office management or industrial business (m/w/d). When dealing with MS Office, you are safe and brings experience with an ERP system like SAP – knowledge in a CRM system is a plus. You have a good technical understanding and have ideally already had first points of contact with the sanitary industry. You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with which you actively promote the team. Thanks to your good knowledge of English, you can communicate safely with international contacts.
