Number: MER00041WD The employees of the Mercedes-Benz plant Hamburg develop and produce in five core products: axles and axle components, steering columns, components of exhaust gas technology, lightweight structural parts and drive modules for electrically driven vehicles. Future-oriented technologies such as modern welding methods and the combination of internal high-pressure forming and plastic injection molding have been developed at the site for series production. This internship allows a detailed view of the programming and customer order and production management as part of the supply chain management of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Hamburg and its diverse range of products. These challenges come to you: Full collaboration in the team Programming and Control non-JiS Development, preparation and analysis of key figures in the context of daily production and delivery control Independent processing and further development of the daily needs and inventory control Independent processing of project topics such as digitization and automation of processes, inventory management, factory control and capacity controlling Self-analysis and optimization of processes to ensure delivery Support in the planning of production programs of the various product areas at the Hamburg plant The activity can begin from August 2026.

Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Production Technology or a comparable course of studies with specialization Logistics/Production Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, in addition experience in SAP and VBA programming Commitment, self-initiative, independence, reliability, team capacity, communication skills, loadability even under time pressure Analytical and Structured Operation
