Successful completion of the exam as a nurse (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in health and nursing, ideally in the field of gastroenterology Leadership and project experience as part of the position of a station/team management or representation, as well as a completed further education on the station/team management or a completed study in the field of care management Excellent communication skills and social competence, empathy and a modern, cooperative leadership style Experience in coordinating operational processes and ensuring smooth cooperation across different interfaces Analytical thinking, structured solution orientation with a view to employee satisfaction, quality and efficiency Strength in conflict resolution, decision-making and experience in accompanying change processes Safe handling of computer systems
