You are responsible for accepting and processing support requests by phone, email and ticket system. You ensure that the operating response times are maintained and qualify, categorize and prioritise customer requests. You will meet the decision on the assignment of enquiries into the correct process and the correct processing group. You process customer requests based on predefined solutions and instructions. You offer the first solution of technical problems in the field of IT infrastructure and security. You are part of the creation and maintenance of system documentation and instructions.

You have completed (information) technical training You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud and security. You had first touch points with operating systems like Windows and Linux. You enjoy networking, virtualization, data backup and storage, as well as various security systems such as Cisco, Trend Micro and Splunk. You bring first experience in monitoring, remote dial-in/password management and the ITSM tool. You shine with well-founded German and good English skills, as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation. You are ready to work within a rotating 24/7 layer system.
