Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the sales support team Structure, Priority and Control of All Sales Support Tasks and Resources Analysis, optimization and continuous development of existing sales and support processes Definition of clear workflows, responsibilities and interfaces Identification of process weaknesses and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements Use and optimization of CRM and sales tools Monitoring of relevant KPIs (e.g. throughput times, quality, utilisation) and derivation of measures Creating regular reports and coordination with Head of Sales Active cooperation in the operating daily business

Completed study, commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in sales support, sales service or a comparable function Evidence of leadership experience High structuring and organizational capability Analytical thinking and routined handling of KPIs Hands-on mentality, enforcement strength and solution orientation
