In this key position you contribute significantly to the further development of our HR system landscape, which is part of the worldwide Bertelsmann solution. You work closely with our HR teams in 17 countries as well as the Centers of Expertise, analyze system requirements and align solutions with all stakeholders involved. A special focus is on creating an outstanding user experience and digital transformation to raise our HR processes to the next level. The location can be occupied at one of our Arvato locations in Germany, such as Gütersloh, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Düren etc., and offers a high remote share - here we are very flexible if you are.

• Teamwork - Building strategic partnerships: You strengthen cooperation with our international HR teams and CoEs, prioritise requirements and act as an interface to Bertelsmann for clear communication and targeted implementation.

• Demand Analysis - Detecting Optimization Potentials: You specifically identify possibilities for improvement in our HR systems and develop priority recommendations for action with a view to economic benefits.

• Design Vision - Future: Together with Bertelsmann and implementation partners, you will develop a roadmap for the further development of the systems and provide regular reviews for transparency and progress.

• Project Management - Responsibility: You coordinate cross-departmental projects, control timetables, resources and results and ensure the smooth implementation of new features - always in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

• Competence building - imparting knowledge and promoting application: You design and carry out training, actively support questions and help users to effectively apply and benefit from innovations.

• Innovation - Continuous Improvement: You use feedback and current HR-Tech trends to continuously develop our systems and create a modern, user-friendly working environment.

• Study in HR, BWL, IT or a related area

• At least 5 years of experience with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactor's deep understanding of recruiting, talent management and learning & development

• Project experience with agile methods and strong stakeholder focus

• Communication strength at all levels

• Analytical thinking and technology affinity

• Negotiating English - other languages are a plus
