Our outpatient care service is looking for a reliable care professional (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:

• Implementation of the general basic care and treatment care of our clients (e.g. body care, mobilization, drug delivery, wound care, blood pressure, pulse and blood sugar control, port care etc.)

-care documentation and care planning

• Guidance and advice of relatives

You should bring this:

-Date as examinated / Nurse / Nurse (m/w/d), examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger / Kinderkrankenschwester (m/w/d), Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)

• You don't just want to care, but enrich the lives of our clients

-High nursing and social competence

• You have a class B licence
