Intern in Corporate Development / Finance (m/f/d)

You support the Corporate Development / Finance team in all operational activities You accompany the ''Hot Topics'' of the CEO agenda, e.g. growth initiatives with exhibitors to the highest level of leadership You'll start ad hoc analyses and decision templates for our Executive Management. You support a strategic M&A transaction in the phases up to closing and participate in the post-Merger integration as well as the further development of structures and processes. You support internal controlling, including accounting and contract management. You work in creating intermediate and annual accounts.

Studies in the field of BWL, Finance or the like Ideally, first practical experience through internships and high interest in corporate development, strategy and finance Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint) High commitment, quality and responsibility awareness, reliability and discretion Team player with high flexibility and the ability to convey content to the user and respectfully at all organization levels Excellent analytical skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
