Senior SAP HCM & HR Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

In the field of corporate applications, the HR system landscape is continuously developed and strategically transformed towards SuccessFactors. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Senior SAP HCM & HR Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) as part of the direct placement for the Munich site. This means that you are hired directly with our customer.

The position offers you a very high remote share. The activity can be exercised mainly on a mobile basis, with a presence in Munich ideally two days a month.

Responsibility for the technical and technical conception, implementation and control of changes and further developments in the SAP HCM with a focus on the pay billing Germany (PY) as well as optional time management (PT) Advising HR specialist areas and key users in the analysis, evaluation and implementation of technical requirements Independent implementation of customizing activities in the modules PA, OM, PY and optional PT including maintenance of rules and schemes Analysis, optimization and digitization of HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle Ensuring operational operation and processing of complex incidents and support requests in 2nd and 3rd level support Control and monitoring of test activities including specialist tests, integration tests and regression tests Participation in national and international HR IT projects as well as acquisition of subproject or project responsibility Development of the SAP HCM landscape and support in strategic transformation towards SuccessFactors Support and optimization of interfaces to adjacent SAP and non-SAP systems Advice on legal changes in the Payroll area and their implementation in the system Close cooperation with external service providers, implementation partners and international teams

Successfully completed studies of economic informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as SAP HCM Consultant Finded knowledge of the SAP HCM modules PA/OM and PY and ideally PT Very good customizing skills in the modules mentioned, especially in the care of rules and schemes Experience in the analysis and optimization of HR business processes Experience in application management and in support of business-critical HR applications Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules of advantage Ideally experience with hybrid HCM/SuccessFactors/Employee-Central landscapes Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging, User Exits, BAdIs and integration scenarios of advantage Experience in cooperation or management of projects Embossed analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working High consulting and communication skills in dealing with specialist areas and stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1)
