Internship in Human Resources Management - HR (m/f/d)

In the operational personnel department, you support all personal business topics as well as administrative cooperation in the daily business (e.g. contract creation and support of employees) You support the applicant management at the Herzogenaurach location, especially when preparing and posting interviews You will take part in the organisation, accompaniment and refurbishment of the Jubilar Celebration and the introductory event for new employees You will get an insight into the processing of personal measures in accordance with the Business Constitution Act (e.g. settings, assignments, regroupings) You are in close correspondence with applicants, employees, executives and the works council You support the implementation of collective bargaining requirements in the HR department (e.g. the processing of applications for exemption for educational purposes)
