Professional and disciplinary leadership - motivation and further development of employees Planning and preparation of shift, capacity and holiday plans Control and monitoring of production processes Regular training of the team on processes, work instructions and handling hazardous materials Ensuring a transparent flow of information and compliance with quality standards in receipt of goods and in final control Continuous improvement measures under a Lean Management Responsibility for order and cleanliness in production Implementation of structured return talks Support of production management in process optimization and participation in projects

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideal as a manager Impressed technical understanding and good business knowledge in production planning Safe handling of Microsoft Office products and ERP and planning systems It distinguishes itself, independent, flexible, discreet, solution-oriented and reliable to deal with new challenges You also have communication strength, motivation, sense of responsibility and enforcement, and understand your team to motivate and further develop
