A completed university degree (Dipl.‐Ing. [FH]/ Bachelor of Architecture In-depth knowledge of public construction law/ construction law and its safe application, with at least 3 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures Knowledge and experience in the application of basic structural issues that go beyond the pure project are of advantage Knowledge of specialist administrative and legal provisions Self-responsibility, constructive teamwork, commitment, safe occurrence and a pronounced oral and written argumentation capability Safe control of standard office communications products (Microsoft Office) Very good knowledge of the German language in word and letter of step C1 (Common European Framework of Reference) Ownership of a valid driving licence (class B) and the willingness to travel
