Technical and disciplinary management: You run the traffic and road planning department, which has been established as a core business at Hannover site for over 10 years and has an excellent network to other offices and clients. Project Responsibility: Together with your team of 10 employees, you take over the planning and implementation of challenging projects, such as mobility concepts, traffic studies, reactivation of rail tracks, road design, etc. Team management and promotion: You develop your team, in particular promote junior engineers and represent the company through specialist lectures on symposia, colloquia and universities and take over resource planning in the field. Negotiation and contract work: You actively managed the acquisition, conduct bidder talks, negotiate with clients and are responsible for contracting. Public relations: Your communication skills are used in the presentation of projects before residents and other stakeholders.

Over the past three years you have gained experience as a disciplinary leadership for a team of at least five people. You have German knowledge of native language levels and the safe handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is of course for you. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of the relevant regulations, such as VOB, HOAI and BGB, as well as the main guidelines in the field of transport (FGSV). Your work is characterized by team spirit and you know that your team is motivated and efficient even in challenging project situations.
