For the ''Radar Concepts & New Products Engineering' section, we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site at the next possible time Systemingenieur Radar (m/d) In our team of physicists, mathematicians, computer scientists and electrical engineering engineers, we develop novel radar systems from idea to prototype. Our goal is to provide innovative radar technology for new products. For example, cognitive radar systems or application of artificial intelligence to the use of quantum technologies in radar systems. We develop radar sensors for unmanned aviation. We also support the product development areas of HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH with specific radar expertise and methods such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Radar design and analysis of novel radar systems especially for unmanned aircraft (Detect and Avoid) Development of radar architectures and signal processing algorithms Design of prototypes in cooperation with the departments Work in multidisciplinary teams in the research and development of radar technology Integration and testing of prototypes Participation in international radar research conferences

Complete study of electrical engineering, physics or comparable Multiannual experience in engineering Experience in the development of avionics Expertise in radar and radar signal processing Matlab knowledge Enthusiasm for technology and research Team skills Good knowledge of English
