Our recruiting team is responsible for the entire Candidate Journey, plans and manages personnel marketing measures together with the business stakeholders and regularly evaluates the successes through comprehensive reporting. As a recruiter (m/w/d), you are the central contact person of your business, actively tax all recruiting processes and advise executives on the personnel recovery strategy - and thus contribute to finding the right employees:inside for our business. Talent acquisition: As part of a professional recruiting process, you will ensure an optimal candidate journey - accompanied by a candidate: from selection to interviews to offer. Stakeholder management: You specialize in a business and help it as a recruiting advisor during the entire recruiting process with your expertise. Success analysis: You develop recruiting strategies for your business and manage the recruiting channels and plan recruiting measures for your target groups. Controlling: You use the Recruiting Budget for your business in accordance with your needs, manage its monitoring and take over the tracking recruiting of relevant KPIs. Project management: You bring you and your know-how into projects to optimize the recruiting processes and systems.

Successful completion of university studies Experience in recruiting, especially in interview management Organizational talent, team spirit and fun in complex tasks Analytical skills for evaluating recruiting measures and deriving appropriate strategies for talent acquisition High communication strength, service orientation, safe and professional appearance as well as German and English very well in word and writing
