As a team member, you are part of the regional personnel department, which is with nearly 35 colleagues (m/w/d) HR contact partner and service provider at the Limburg site at Lahn for the approximately 4,800 senior and co-worker employees of the Malteser Hilfsdienst in the federal states of Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland. In addition to ensuring administrative staff work, these executives, executives and employees advise and support, among others, in the areas of personnel development and recruiting, labour law, working time management and personnel controlling. At more than 80 locations, the Maltesers in the three federal states help and support people in health and social matters. These include, among other things, the rescue service as well as the services school assistance, house emergency call, menu service, disabled driving service, outpatient care and first aid training.

You support the team in the operational implementation of the recruiting processes for our diverse services. These include, inter alia, the following tasks: You create and independently switch job advertisements via our job portal and external channels You support the team in managing and maintaining our application management system You support phase-wise in the preparation, organisation, implementation and follow-up of the selection process for our half-yearly new training places in the rescue service and in communication with applicants You support the preparation and follow-up of workshops and appointments You carry out independent research on the topics of personnel recovery

You are a registered student (m/w/d), for example in a Business studies, ideally with a focus on personnel, such as personal management, human resources or human resources management pedagogical studies, for example education with a focus on adult education psychological studies, such as economic psychology or economic pedagogy or a similar subject You are interested in personal work and could ideally gain first practical experience here You can organize yourself well and work exactly You are team-oriented, capable of communication and have a self-confident appearance A high IT affinity (versified use of popular MS365 products)
