Responsibility, support and control of the entire recruiting process such as job advertisements, visualization and evaluation of CVs, interview management and support of candidates (human) during all application phases Professional leadership of the recruiting team Development of technical requirements profiles and job invitations in cooperation with the departments Advising the departments with regard to the local recruiting measures and strategies of the respective branch/site Development and implementation of new recruiting trends Care and care of the applicant management system Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience in all phases of the application process Development, development and maintenance of a talent pool Participation in Recruiting Fairs Control and participation in the implementation of the recruiting strategy

Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR or commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification Experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility Creativity in the Development and Implementation of New Recruiting Trends and Sourcing Measures Good knowledge of social media, recruitment, human resources Good presentation skills as well as persuasiveness, enthusiasm, high initiative and willingness to take responsibility Federal Republic of Germany
