You are the first contact person and consultant for our customers and partners with regard to possible solutions based on Service Now You transfer the requirements of our customers and partners together with our sales team to corresponding offers or Decision templates You support our sales in technical questions or price calculations around Service Now You will answer the technical questions regarding Service Now in the tenders of our customers and partners Together with our Business Development, you are working on the right entry into the market. Together with our marketing you are responsible for external representation of our Service Now offer You work with a modern cloud architecture You work closely with customers, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of PoCs You provide training, perform it and meet our customers

Complete studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications You have several years of professional experience in the vicinity of Service Now You have knowledge about ITIL In addition to a strong technical understanding, you also bring the necessary passion and empathy, to advise and accompany customers and partners You bring experience with cloud platforms like STACKIT, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (of advantage) You have strong communication skills and the ability to understand technical concepts You work team- and customer-oriented
