Complete economic studies or commercial training with well-founded knowledge in the field of financing and leasing Comprehensive professional experience in credit decision-making/calculation and first successful management experiences Impressive understanding of processes in the credit decision environment combined with the ability to systematically raise optimization potentials and experiences in handling KPIs and performance control Enthusiasm for digital solutions, automation and modern tools Entrepreneurship, strategic thinking and a high level of risk awareness and decision-making Service orientation, sovereign communication and negotiation capability and enforcement capability German and English skills
