We are now looking for an employee (m/w/d) for contract and follow-up management.

Your tasks: Support in contract and supplementary management for engineering and construction contracts (planning and construction services) Examination of contracts for possible follow-up services and support in the production of supplements Participation in contract design (HOAI, VOB, BGB) and commenting on contracts in the tender phase Cooperation with project management to support quality, time and cost-oriented project execution Follow-up of descendants incl. Support for evaluation and time monitoring Participation in the cost and timing of the projects

Study in the field of civil engineering or comparable First professional experience in contract management Basic knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (e.g. VOB, HOAI, BGB) or the motivation to develop it Structured mode of operation, communication strength and joy in team-wide cooperation German and English
