IT Coordinator in the Real Estate Management Division (m/f/d)

You accompany the professional project teams in the planning and implementation of IT projects in the real estate management business You are the central interface to the digitization business unit and the internal departments of the real estate management business unit You advise internal demand providers in the structured collection of their technical requirements and prioritize them in the overall context of the business sector strategy You coordinate system-wide data acquisitions and establish a suitable test management for the acceptance of services You analyse existing developments, evaluate their operational capacity and transfer them to existing structures. You create and update uniform documentation standards for used software products and IT tools

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma) of the Department of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management, Facility Management or a comparable field of expertise and subsequently have at least one year practical professional experience in the implementation or Implementation of IT projects. Further requirements: Ideally, you have experiences in the development, introduction and use of software solutions in the field of real estate and/or facility management You are characterized by a strong result or solution orientation and economic thinking and action You have the ability to develop creative solutions and project strategies from development to decision-making Their work is characterised by self-employment, but also teamwork and a high degree of customer orientation Through your communication strength, you communicate confidently at different levels of leadership. To do this, you will bring certain German skills that correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) Your profile will be rounded off by openness, flexibility and willingness to work into new, complex areas of tasks and to develop themed-related and overarchingly.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
