We are looking for a balance sheet holder m/w/d immediately or later for our customers (with suitability a later takeover is planned) inHaßmersheim

Your tasks

In this versatile position you take responsibility for:

• Ensuring the billing workflow
• Creditor and debitor management
• Maintenance and booking of property accounts
• Book and tune banks/ account statements
• Booking of personnel costs, reserves and periodicals
• Plant accounting: administration and processing of accesses, outputs in fixed assets, AfA runs and AfA planning
• Implementation of sales tax pre-registrations, processing of trade tax (VAT) and corporate tax (KöSt)
• Booking of provisions and limitations
• Consolidation of the business books of four companies
• Annual accounts by HGB
• Integration of other legal entities (US GAAP) as well as experience in building/introducing ERP systems

Your profile

They bring with them:

• A completed commercial training
• Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)
• At least 5-10 years of professional experience in industry (e.g. plant construction)
• Finded knowledge of HGB accounting, ideally according to IFRS and US GAAP
• experience in the consolidation of companies and in the production of annual accounts
• Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical skills, structured working and flexibility for a dynamic environment
• knowledge of tax issues such as turnover tax, trade tax and corporate tax
