Object technician / caretaker in technical facility management (m/f/d)

As an object engineer (m/w/d), you take technical care at a school and ensure that the school is running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Record and document winter services and open and close the buildings Check and operate heating systems and technical facilities Monitor maintenance work carry out small repairs in the building Cleaning work (e.g. garbage collection) and control of external cleaning and care services Support for construction activities Execution of activities according to the requirements of the school management PROFIL
• (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Schreiner (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) or similar You are responsible for the object Reliability, Responsibility and Conflictability Handicraft skill and basic technical understanding Loadability & Structured Operation* A police certificate without registration is required PROVISIONS
