Occupational disease investigator (m/f/d)

You shall determine the action and assess the results of the investigation in the BK determination and appeal proceedings: You carry out technical investigations and assessments in occupational diseases and take into account current regulations, legislation and case law You question insured persons, entrepreneurs, work colleagues and other participants You create dialogue protocols and technical opinions You produce opinions in opposition and social court proceedings and represent BG BAU in social and regional courts You take care of special tasks

Completed technical or scientific university studies, e.g. construction or chemistry, (Bachelor, Diploma (FH))) or master/master (m/w/d) or state-pr. Advantageous knowledge of accident insurance law, in particular BK law and neighbouring legal areas knowledge of state regulations, e.g. labour protection law, occupational safety law, occupational health legislation, chemicals law, hazardous substance regulation, technical rules for hazardous substances (TRGS) Self-responsible and independent working methods and analytical capability communication skills, safe occurrence, team skills, good social competence Good written and oral expressiveness Knowledge of MS Office applications Ready for external service driving licence class B
