Sales management & operating management: Customer contact: You are the central contact for customer requests. Sales support: You actively support our external service in the operating daily business. Master data & preparation: You accept the creation of articles as well as the creation of work plans and piece lists. Termine Coordination: You coordinate delivery dates reliably. Interface function: You secure the communication between our customers, production and sales services. Order processing: You take over the complete order processing. Material management: You control orders and monitor stocks. Reception & Office Organization: Hospitality: You take over the reception and hosting of guests, visitors and customers. Telephone headquarters: You are responsible for receiving and coordinating telephone calls. Well-being atmosphere: You provide order and cleanliness in meeting rooms, visitor kitchens and break rooms including the coordination of laundry services (hand towels etc.).

Education: A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. Professional experience: First professional experience at reception, sales service or production planning as well as experience in the production of commercial offers and calculations. Knowledge & understanding: A good business understanding; a basic understanding of technical data (slot lists, work plans) is a big plus. IT knowledge: routing and safe handling of common computer systems (MS Office) as well as best practice with ERP software. Working method: A structured, independent and accurate operation combined with a good understanding and a proactive way. Personality & strengths: communication strength, high commitment, responsibility awareness, team capacity and flexibility. Appearance & Service: A friendly, open, customer-oriented and professional appearance. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing. Mobility: Class B licence is an advantage.
