• Maintenance of construction measures taking into account technical, economic and legal aspects
• Communication with architects, landlords and authorities
• Implementation of construction meetings and planning checks of objects
• Monitoring the construction measures to comply with the rental-side construction description
• Removal of the object after completion
• Processing of structural defects
• Project execution with commission assignment and support and coordination of own construction measures
