In detail, your tasks are as follows: In this generalist role, you actively participate in HR work and accompany our departments throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. You select suitable recruiting channels, manage applicant management and conduct job interviews. You make us known in the region - with personal marketing measures and ideas that remain in mind; at trade fairs, social channels and within the framework of Employer branding actions. You advise on personnel development opportunities, accompany our feedback processes and guide measures from our personnel development concept. In addition, you will participate in (also international) HR projects, give impetus to innovations and improvements, thereby actively shaping the future of our group of companies.

You have a completed study with a focus on personnel or alternatively have a commercial training and/or further training with a personal economic background (e.g., a personal specialist, etc.). You see yourself as a HR all-rounder and have professional experience in HR. In addition, you are familiar with the main topics of labour law; in particular in the context of the real estate and construction industry (e.g. about collective agreements or legal peculiarities). You have fun editing and advancing various topics at the same time and knowing that the right prioritization is the key to success. You bring very good communication skills and have strong social skills. Your language skills in German are very good; good in English.
