Senior Consultant (m|w|d) in Nuremberg

In order to strengthen our team in Nuremberg, we are looking for a legal specialist (m|w|d).

Your duties

• Variety: Supporting our lawyers (m|w|d) by efficient and sovereign organization of the office daily as well as extensive time-limit management with time-limit listing at the site, incl. beA call and shipping
• Organization: careful maintenance of client data as well as on-time creation of all related documents
• Responsibility: Management of the invoice according to RVG, hourly rate and payment receipt, as well as taking over the internal and external department correspondences incl. Mailbox management

Your profile

• successfully completed training for lawyers or legal experts (m|w|d)
• Multiannual professional experience, preferably in the law firm/professional services environment
• engaging, team-oriented and careful working with high discretion and loyalty
• Willing to support the team daily between 13 am to 6 pm (25h/week)
