With focus on sprinkler technology / fire extinguishing systems

In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern we are firmly established with our Rostock branch. We are now continuing to build up: with a new office in Schwerin. We are looking for reinforcement for both locations! Whether education, industry or revitalization, we are responsible for complex building projects and ensure that function and safety are handled. Your tasks at a glance: Technical direction: You control the planning and execution of TGA projects with special focus on sprinkler and fire extinguishing systems

Coordination and leadership: You are running your project team sovereignly, agree with all the trades and keep time, quality and cost safe in mind

Brand Protection in Focus: You are an expert (m/w/d) for the prevention of fire protection, supervise the entire process of fire extinguishing technology from the call for tenders to commissioning

Communication with a vision: (m/w/d) and internal project participants

Planning and awarding: You take over tendering, awarding and budget and follow-up management of the TGA units in your project environment The position can be occupied in our Rostock office or in our new office Schwerin (Graf-Schack-Allee 20, 19053 Schwerin).

Graduate in the field of civil engineering, utility technology, security technology or further education for technicians (m/w/d) with appropriate discipline

Experience in the planning, execution or project management of building equipment – ideally focusing on sprinkler/fire extinguishing technology

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VdS, DIN EN 12845)

Communication strength, enforcement and organisational skills
