Customer service: You serve and advise our customers in the bakery Organization: You represent the department management and organize the processes of bakery and personnel planning Creative goods presentation: You are responsible for an attractive product presentation Disposition: The demand-oriented goods order as well as a look for trends complete your area of responsibility

Professional Experience: You have professional experience as a bakery retailer, seller, retail merchant (m/w/d) or comparable Knowledge: You already have experience in the management of staff and can indicate economic indicators Customer focus: you think and act customer and service oriented Your strengths include friendliness, quality awareness and communication skills
