Operational disposition and procurement for defined suppliers (including commercial goods, cartonages, stock material) Article and master data management, incl. new article system, MDE data, DSD accounting Key user responsibility for the new ERP system Examination and processing of purchase, forwarding and logistics invoices, including cost and customs inspection Responsibility for customs and foreign trade issues predominantly Germany and Switzerland Administrative participation in the inventory, including preparation, implementation and follow-up Support in the further development of structured processes and projects, optionally also in the area of quality management (QM)

Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, forwarding, industry) Professional experience in the fields of disposition, purchasing, logistics or customs Very structured, careful and independent working Good understanding of figures and analytical thinking Safe knowledge of German in word and writing as well as knowledge of English at communicative level Safe handling of ERP systems Teamability, reliability and organizational strength
